A job well done

No words can convince people like a job well done….

And the way I define a job well done is:
1. It is planned well
2. The plan is published for all to know what to expect
3. It is executed diligently, everyone cranking the wheels knows what to do, when to do it, what to pass off to those working together with them
4. Everyone stays informed through the entire process
5. It meets cost and time constraints
6. The end product meets (or exceeds) expectations
7. The flock comes out intact and feeling better about themselves than when they started
8. It is fun for all involved!!!

The fact is… Doing a job well is one of the hardest things to do!!!
