A way to leadership….

Knowing yourself is the first step to leadership…. And that means you are able to gain the clarity of being, to know clearly, who you are, in relation to where you want to go…. And it is not easy for most to successfully get past that first step….

The second step to leadership is the ability to know those that you are associated with…. And that means that you know what their capabilities are… and to know how you should convey your purpose to them that they may own up to it as dearly as you do…. This second step is extremely hard… only next to step one….

Leadership then is about communicating to your people their true worth and potential so clearly that they come to see it themselves…. that they may then contribute their complete selves to the collective mission….

If you succeed in tapping into the talents, the genius and the highest motivations of the people that you are associated with… you become their natural leader….
