The single unifying force
The past nearly two decades of my life have been spent working with Engineers developing many complex software products. It has been a joyful ride. I want to thank everyone that has worked with me till date!
My contacts number in the hundreds. Men and Women, people from various ethnicities and races, castes and religions, colors and languages, age groups and backgrounds, cultures and nationalities….
We worked together, solved complex problems, argued and fought, sweat and toiled; and end of the day, when that project was complete, we rejoiced together…
A few arguments often got bitter, but there was never a thought about whether the other person was of a different faith or culture or nationality. Every one of those arguments were owed to differences in view points on how the problem needs to be solved… how the product could be better… how the project can be successful.
And when we finally succeeded, we smiled together… hugged each other and celebrated.
The single faith was the GOAL! The single mission… SUCCESS! The single unifying force… WORK!
Focus on your work and progress. There will remain no differences.
