Decisive and productive or trying to please?
“To be or not to be”… The tragedy of Hamlet was for his indecisiveness. A worse problem is an inability to commit definitively, despite having an opinion; lest you hurt the other person or cause dissonance!
An alternate approach is to be fiercely decisive: It is or it is not! It works or it does not! We decide quickly and we execute on it!
You can spend time sugar coating your words, being overly concerned about what others might perceive you! You could live in perpetuity, gathering consensus.
Alternatively, You could focus on making quick strides from stage to stage, proving or disproving your assumptions and impacting the whole.
What’s it going to be?
