My daughter told me a little while back how badly she wanted to be an adult. “It is so easy to be an adult. They never have homework”, was her argument.
Remember feeling similarly when you were a child? Would you still wish the same if your childhood were to return to you?
Levels that you have not attained yet could seem compelling; the current level might seem uncomfortable. It’s not until you get there that you appreciate the comfort of where you were.
Growing up calls for tremendous amount of energy. You can never have enough of it! Yet, you have the incessant need for growth! And then, there is the inevitability of growth!
Growth is great! Where you are is not bad either! Accept where you are. Be grateful for where you are.
