Have you been a part of such madness?

You sure have seen places that are heavily laden with group cultures…. A new person or a new group comes in, and they are hated before they even make it in!

Things have been set on the south course even before the drive started…. where then can there be any hope for success?

Everything takes longer and is more difficult to do…. Communication, becomes challenging for almost anything that is said, gets filtered through the grease in the ears of the haters that really have no reason for their hatred except for the one reason that they have these self drawn fences!

The one mentioning it seems to become the bad guy, but it does not suppress the fact….

This is a sure sign of emotional regression…. These are most definitely the ones that as kids created these groups at their schools and neighborhoods… They are now carrying the same traits forward into their adult lives and into their work environments!

It has little to do with age, experience, their position of responsibility or their other intellectual abilities! It is just that their growth in this area of their brains has been stunted for reasons best explained by regression psychologists.

Whether you were subject, preview or enabler of such a culture/ environment, you know that there is no logic to it except misdirected emotion…. It yields nothing but greatly slowed down progress.

If you are preview to such things and can be an influencer, have the nerve to change the culture…

If you are subject to it, find a way to quietly get out of that place for there can be no training people out of self-sustained fool-hardiness….

And if you are one that suffers from such lowly attitudes… Shame on you! Grow-up and become an adult all-round.
