Do you struggle with doing what you know you must?
It’s that small initial success that you need to give yourself to be able to get past this extremely common weakness that keeps most capable people unproductive….
Listen to your conscience regarding what you know you should do…. keep it small to start with! Then make yourself a promise that you will do it… and keep that promise up!
Schedule dedicated time for it… make that one item your priority… turn off your phone… get behind closed doors… do not think of anything else… just get down to doing it!
Do not aim at perfection… do not also congratulate yourself for this resolution…. Not until you have kept up your promise!
And when you do fulfill the promise that you have made for yourself, you will discover that it will increase your own sense of honor and self-esteem! Try placing it on repeat!
Slowly and slowly, your ability to do what you know you must will grow… your need for giving self-excuses and then feeling like crap will diminish…. Your confidence and excitement at your being able to do what you want to do will become a part of your character, leading unto your success!
Remember… Start now… start small… Get used to letting yourself do what you know you should!!!
