You are pitching your proposal to this group with a firm hope that they will like it…. You are explaining your new concept to an audience with the expectation that they see the potential…. But their reactions demoralize you!

You are convinced that you built a great product… It was hard work and you thought of every possible scenario… You are presenting it with all the confidence and pride….. But those questions that are hurled at you repeatedly force you to stay on the defensive!

You have been working hard throughout in the hope that your contributions are recognized…. Come time for deciding on who is promoted… your hopes are dashed down!!!

Life is such… it seems unfair! The fact is… Life demands you to be tougher!!!

It will seem unfair only as long as you are not up to the task…

Life is not unfair…. In fact, life is very fair! It is just giving you opportunities to deal with the piteous, insecure, self-serving, unfair people that are everywhere… And you have to deal with them… All the time!!! It is not that they want you to perish… It is just that they don’t care about right and wrong, good and bad, deserving and non-deserving, as much as they want to focus on their convenience or on looking good or feeling good at that point in time….

And each time you get to deal with such people, you learn to deal with them better… you learn to be better…

Life isn’t unfair!!! It is just a direct message that you aught to be tougher…. better…. stronger….
