The ones that are successful persisted
Walk through any successful large organization… You will see that underlying those revenues, profits, numbers, name and fame are two things:
- The incessant hard work of those few, that are always there to make things work… that treat the organization as their own and will do what it takes everyday…. regardless what the rest of the masses do or don’t!
- The sheer stubbornness of that one person or that very small group that founded the organization… who dared to see what it would be one day, when all there was, was but the vision and the desire to make it happen!
That “Hard work” and that “Stubbornness” together is Persistence! To hold-on no matter what the odds… That unyielding inner strength to stick on, even when it makes no sense!!!
They say that the only difference between a diamond and a piece of coal is that one stuck on longer than the other did!
