My boss is a jerk… He does not care to see how hard I work… It’s all about Outcome to him!!!

Scenario 1: Your mom puts in her very best effort in the kitchen to prepare all the wonderful dishes you ever wanted and serves delicious lunch at 8:00 pm in the evening….

Scenario 2: Your mom works very hard to have lunch served by 12:00 noon but it tastes like crap!

It’s not that you don’t love your mom….

It’s just that you expect and need delicious lunch ready by 12:00 noon no matter what your mom goes through to make it all happen….
