A man’s understanding is always a factor of his age, his nature of work, his upbringing, his social seasoning, his place of livelihood, etc….

Good communication is being able to understand the level of understanding of the person you are dealing with and catering to his level of understanding….

And you can be considered a great communicator when you are able to take that person on an emotional, intellectual tour of your choosing each time, every time…. Here you are pouring in your understanding into him… transcending the bounds of his understanding….

Do this with an entire group… And you have more than likely become leader!
