Internal conversation
Having a conversation that results in tangible positive change is difficult. It calls for both parties to gain a certain level of thought and emotional semblance that then converges into an agreement. That agreement must stay sustained long enough to be able to bring it into practice. And that practice must stay in play long enough to impact change.
When two parties are involved, achieving semblance can take time, willingness, patience and empathy. But it is not always difficult to identify the problem that needs to be addressed.
The most difficult conversation is, when you are both the parties.
Identifying and addressing the area that requires change is more difficult. Achieving semblance is more difficult. Bringing it into practice is more difficult.
Who ever thought that it is easier to converse with oneself!
