Gaining Trust….
Most trusting people are trust worthy and most trust worthy people are trusting….
For a trusting person, regardless how trust is built, it’s in in one on one dealings that it is broken… and it is the little things that do it… the big things can be easily resolved!
If you are truly a trusting person, you will work on keeping your trust in people… and this is done one on one… by talking to the person in question… by gathering all the facts….
You cannot be talked into mistrusting someone… and if you are susceptible to being lead into mistrusting the trust worthy, you are yourself, more than likely, losing the trust of the many that probably once trusted you!
End of the day, it boils down to how you treat the one… It reveals how you regard the many…. And that speaks a lot about your ability to lead or not be able to lead… for, you can lead only through gaining trust!!! And that is possible only when you are able to decipher the true from the manipulative!!!
Work on your emotional intelligence of being able to decipher who is who….
Work on trusting… work on gaining trust!!!
