There is a child in most people… and he needs to be heard… he needs to be pampered… comforted… praised… forgiven… given a lot of attention… treated like he were entitled!
When you see these signs in the others… you can easily dub them as immaturity and childishness… for, they should do better than to let their sensitive, emotional weakness take over!
Yet, the same traits in you don’t somehow, seem to qualify under the “childish” bill… for you are undergoing all those emotions for some very justifiable reasons…. Strange!
Remember! The yardstick does not change regardless who you are viewing…. Have the maturity to wear the same adults’ lens while viewing yourself, that reveals the childishness of the others to you.
