Fun can be had in multiple ways and each person has his own set of things he might call fun.
The fun that a stage artist or a sportsman has is invariably conspicuous by its display.
Most people spend most of their time at work and it becomes critical that you enjoy what you do. You really must have fun doing what you are doing, else, it can quickly become a drag.
In any case, why do you want to do it if you can’t have fun doing it?
You don’t want to work with someone you can’t have fun with.
