Behaving or talking differently in somebody’s absence is cheap…

If you behave one way in the presence of somebody and differently when he is not around, it is not disloyalty to him as much as acknowledging that you are cheap…. for then you are accepting that your true behavior or talk is not worthy enough for display with him around and so you have to do it secretly!

Gossip is cheap! Back biting is cheap! Disloyalty is cheap! Living in the idea that ‘it is okay as long as no one finds out’ is cheap! Entertaining such behavior and talk is cheap!!!

It is amazing how so many people resort to such behavior without any thought placed into which side of their character they are truly displaying. And it is more amazing how people recognize cheapness in themselves and are okay with it….
