Needless to say, I mean this for the ones that are the positive minded… the ones that are the enablers of greatness… the ones that can be a source of strength and support… the ones that are proactive and are able to subordinate an impulse to a value… the ones that cannot be tempted to get on their wrong foot… the ones that stand for what is right no matter what!!!

On the other hand, the world is filled with weaklings… the ones that have weakness of character… the ones that are often affected by their environment….

If the weather is good, they feel good. If it isn’t, it affects their attitude and their performance…

They wait and watch… to them, what matters is if their actions are “justifiable” and not necessarily “exemplary”… their value system can be twisted… you find them gossiping… ever seeking support from the other… they are reactive… And to them, right or wrong ranks next to convenience… They are the ones that can subordinate value to an impulse!!!
