Comfort in clumsiness….
A few years back, we had our centralized air conditioning system in the office repaired. The plumbing required some serious rework and the person repairing it ultimately managed to stuff the hanging pipes behind the sheet that made things appear like they were back to normalcy… everything was done well… or so it seemed like.
The next month when the technician had to comeback to fix things again, he was as confused as he was the previous time.
Three months and four fixes later, we changed the maintenance over to another company which had to replace everything, do things right and things ran smoothly since.
Clumsiness does not always reveal itself on the outside. It can be concealed. And the perceived comfort can be as deceiving as it is short lived!
