Busy is a very relative term
On the day you said that you were “very busy”, you probably found time for something that was less important in the grand scheme of things.
If you really want to do it, you will find the time to do it.
It is about prioritization! And if you are frequently busy, you are probably not prioritizing right! You are probably not being too productive either!
Being busy is not necessarily bad. Be sure not to make it a convenient way to conceal ‘what you need to do’ with ‘what you want to do’.
