Be the observer….
When you look at your life as an outside observer, how does it appear?
Is it consistent with what you are going through on the inside.
If there is lack of harmony between who you are on the inside versus what you appear to be on the outside, there is a disconnect between peoples’ perceptions of you from your reality… more importantly, your inner peace is compromised as you have to maintain a mask, which can really get your insides sweaty!
Practicing to observe from the outside and reconciling it with what’s on the inside can make you wholesome and get you a lot of peace! Very few things can make you feel better than harmony of being!
Be an observer of the self! It’s one way to work on you, so what’s inside is in sync with what’s it seems from the outside!
