Are you being fair?
You push back. You argue. It’s but natural!
How soon or otherwise you choose to give in, depends on who you are dealing with.
If it’s your junior or someone you feel you can control, you probably give in way later; or probably never!
With a friend or a peer, there could be a little give and take!
The same with that tough boss; you may have to choose to give in much sooner; if you have a choice that is!
We are somewhere still primitive reptilians inside of our beings: It’s about might… it’s about convenience… it’s about the most you can get away with at that point in time!
Why not choose to be more human? Why not play it fair every time?
