Appropriate Communication
You could say the same thing in many ways. How you say it, determines how you are perceived.
“How about we approach it this way?” as opposed to “I don’t like your approach”.
“Could you help me with…” in place of “I want you to…”.
“I have another idea” Vs “That’s a terrible idea”.
Opening a statement by addressing the other person respectfully by name or with an appropriate salutation.
Using words such as ‘thank you’, ‘please’, ‘sorry’, etc.
