What’s even harder is ensuring that you are constantly nurturing and growing the production capability in your team while not making anyone feel under valued or diminished in their contributions and abilities….

Effectiveness is being able to balance all of the above while not losing yourself and the respect of your team members through this whole process and through the multiple cycles that business naturally takes….

Getting that duck to produce a bigger and a better golden egg day after day while ensuring that the duck still stays well nourished and continues to love you for selling its eggs sure calls for a high degree of effectiveness!!!
