What drives you?
When intention drives you, you are in control. When instruction drives you, you are controlled.
A conscientious person does not need to be instructed for he knows his responsibility.
If you get yourself to a point of being constantly instructed, your professional commitment is being questioned. Is it because the ones questioning your commitment are unreasonable or is it because your commitment has come in question?
Let not an unreasonable one ever drive you. But should you have prompted the need for such instruction, it’s about time you be driven out!
Let intention drive you… always!
The very First sentence says it all. But this should not be misunderstood to mean unbriddled autonomy. Of course you have taken care by saying. If you are constantly controlled. That is the norm well explained.
