Let sadness come out only in the form of silence…. 

Let sadness come out only in the form of silence…. The alternative is depression or rage… And both are unacceptable!

The worst form sadness can take is submission resulting from helplessness… And that is slavery… It is giving in passively to abuse… psychological or physical or may be even spiritual!!!

When the sadness resulting from a situation that could have had no other outcome results in silence… it is noble… for then, it is acceptance of what life has brought on to you… but with resistance… You then, are not giving in… And your honor is preserved….

Such sadness does not take you down… it does not take over you… does not slow you down… For there, you have not succumbed to it… you have come to terms with it… or could I say, your inner strength has made it succumb to you!!!

You sure have lost what you wanted… but, you have won in your life!!!
