In the face of declining results….
Ask yourself this one important question…. “Have I been working diligently and consistently over a long span of time… and is that work based on grounded thought, rooted in knowledge and on sound principles and methods”?
For some, this may be a difficult answer, or the answer may be an inconclusive question mark. If it is so, you have the reason behind your declining results.
If however, you are one that knows that he has forged his life in hard work and discipline, do not for one moment, assume that your principles and methods may have become obsolete. Rather, first consider whether the ones that you are associated with have foregone the rigor in adhering to the recipe…. Consider, if the clients you are working with may be ones with questionable values….
The confident one knows the intrinsic stability and the guaranteed success that he can always derive from staying in conformance with the timeless principles of work based in sincerity, dedication, commitment, knowledge, discipline and consistency…. He knows that if he has always stuck to them and he still has declining results, the remedy is more than likely in reigniting the passion of his enterprise for adhering to the forgotten recipe…. the remedy may be in reevaluating his existing relationships with his customers who choose not to be satisfied….
Business is about ups and downs…. Declining results in the face of high efforts and well rounded principles may be because the circumstances have fundamentally changed….
Identify the true reasons…. As easy as it might seem to blame yourself for the situation you are in, you are probably the only one that can truly turn things around….
In the face of declining results… identify and fix the problems…. Recognize that the problem may not necessarily be you!
