Good leadership comes with “Pruning”

A beautiful garden needs to be maintained. Healthy plants and shrubs grow, and as they grow, they need to be pruned from time to time. This is not a cruel act at any level; it shows that the Gardner cares.

A healthy team needs maintenance.  Healthy professionals grow and sometimes it comes with them venturing in areas that are slightly out of line. Some have pet projects; some find reasons to cut corners; others decide new directions for the team or a speed variation that better suits them!

A leader must keep the garden beautiful. Attitudes and traits must be pruned, that they continue to stay in harmony with the whole.
