Giving up Vs Letting go

When you are having to put in too much effort into something and it does not come about; OR When you have been counting on this person and you are just not getting there.

The toughest thing to understand is are we ‘giving up’ or are we ‘letting go’.

‘Giving up’ is often attributed to incapacity, lack of patience or persistence, losing.

‘Letting go’ is about maturity, understanding that it is not meant to be and moving on.

You often feel less about yourself when you give up but you feel lighter; more peaceful when you let go.

As fine a line as there exists between the two, they really point out very different aspects of the human psyche! And it is extremely important that you know to differentiate between the two!

Develop the stubbornness not to Give Up…. And the serenity to Let Go!!!
