Building a great relationship
One way to build a great relationship… Is to look at the problem that the other person has not as “Oh no… Not again!!!”, rather, as an opportunity to enforce trust in the other person with “I am here for you…”
It is amazing how most problems can be solved just with giving the other person a sincere hearing!
Listening and empathizing are probably the two easiest, yet most powerful tools to help solve problems and build great relationships! The only question is, can you do it sincerely enough for the other!!!
