Close your eyes and think of someone that you want to thank. Observe how you feel.
Now close your eyes again and think of someone that you feel slighted by. Observe how you feel.
Gratitude has less to do with the one that you feel grateful to. It has everything to do with you.
An attitude of gratitude can be cultivated. You can fake it until you can make it… for your own sake!
