Don’t hide behind the veil of ‘learning’
How many times have you seen people quote, “I learnt from my mistakes”?
Learning cannot become the guise for mediocracy, poor execution, misconduct or deliberate mistakes.
Have the strength to accept when you simply messed it up! It happens! And when you do, it is better to come out in the open and admit to your follies than to try making it more palatable by saying “I learnt”.
‘Learning’, unfortunately, is the oldest excuse for failure. Don’t use it for your convenience.
You can learn what you do not know. And the only way to unlearn stupidity is through acknowledgement.
